Holiday Bottle Bag

Create some sparkly Joy® embroidered letters to dress up a canvas gift bag! 

Add holiday ribbon for the perfect hostess gift for any upcoming party!

You will need: Joy 1-1/2" white embroidered letters: C H Ex2 R S Canvas bottle bag Acrylic paint:  DecoArt Americana - Cherry Red and DecoArt Craft Twinkles - Christmas Red Wired holiday ribbon Flat, nylon paintbrush (for fabric) Iron and press cloth Rubber band

Instructions:

1. Paint the letters Cherry Red. Use a fabric medium with craft paint, or use a fabric paint.  Let dry then coat the letters with the glitter paint.

2. Check your bottle and bag size by placing bottle in the bag and noting where the bottom of the letters should be placed.  Remove backing from letters to expose the adhesive then place on the bag.  Adjust as needed before ironing.  Refer to manufacturer's instructions on the packaging.

3.  Place the bottle in the bag. Scrunch the fabric around the neck of the bottle and wrap with the rubber band.  4.  Wrap ribbon around the top and tie in a multi loop, or simple bow.
