I picked up a free sunglass case at the thrift store the other day. I was looking for something to makeover with my new patent leather paints - I love the look of shiny patent leather. And... in red? Oh my!
Combine fresh paint with embroidered letters from Joy and you have a custom, personalized gift that's quick and easy to make. Apply two even coats of patent leather paint on the sunglass case with a soft bristle brush. The paint will have a tacky feel as it dries between coats. Glue your letters in place - done! Joy iron-on embroidered letters are available at your local craft store in a variety of fonts, sizes and colors.
