Chore Bucket

Now that our son is older...13 and in middle school, its hard to find a balance for chores and his endless homework. With this chore bucket, I can avoid having to nag him constantly. In return for his 'chores', he can earn extra free time and I have one less thing to stress about!  To make a chore bucket like this, you will need:

• Joy® embroidered iron-on letters
• A clear plastic bucket 
• Adhesive
• Ribbons or trim (optional)

Because the bucket was curved, I wanted to make sure the letters would stick. So I applied the adhesive to the back of the letters, waited a few minutes until the glue was tacky then adhered them to the bucket and added some trim to the handles to finish.

Print or hand write your chores on paper, making sure to select chores that match their age and your environment then fold in half so they can't be choosy...
